"This shoot was more challenging that I had imagined! I've never shot by myself before! I used to do shoots with photographers, so this one was a double challenge and I really hope you will enjoy my folio! It was challenging to find places to shoot with natural light. It was a pleasure to do it and I hope it will be a pleasure for your eyes too. / Ce shoot etait plus difficile a realiser que je ne l'avais imagine! Je n'avais jamais fait de shoot par moi meme avant, j'ai toujours fqit des shooting avec des photographes. Celui-ci etait un reel double defis and j'espere que vous saurez apprecier. "To testify to how much fun I had and how much I enjoyed completing this shoot, let me tell you, that in the few minutes after I brought my lovely blue vibrator on set with me I gave myself my very first solo orgasm, no assistance required. And it was fucking amazing. Incredible. Perfect. To have those contrasting lights bathe my body as I sat in my room gave me the chance to see myself truly and realise my beauty and my sensuality. "Whilst shooting myself I really tried to experiment with my living space - using different light/fabrics/props and interesting, sometimes dangerous, positions. Living in a share house made filming quite fun. I felt like I was on some naughty, nude mission, trying not to get caught. We have a fireman's pole to get from upstairs to down and there I was - spread eagle, taking photographs, just as a friend from above attempted to slide down. It was embarrassingly hilarious and I was pleased with the natural laughter shot. "You don't smile enough" they tell me!"

"I found this whole experience really amazing. I felt a little bit apprehensive when I started out but by the time I had finished I felt so comfortable with my nakedness. I feel like I have a better understanding of my sexuality and my whole self. My cat barging in constantly to meow at me and watch what I was doing with that curiosity that they have probably helped to break the ice a bit too."

"Usually there is a lot of craziness going on behind the scenes. Things going wrong, people coming and going all day long, prepping for shoots, phone calls to make, hotel hopping - and much more!"

"So it all began as I entered my room. I entered myself. I began to change, thinking what to do with myself, how to feel, what will I learn? I realized I was doing a little soul searching to myself and wondered where to begin. As I changed I felt the presence of the tradesmen outside my window. Could they see in past my mesh and blinds, I was not sure, nor was I bothered. As I began taking the photos, it just became me and the camera and the space in between the lens and skin. The differences between the eye and mind to the "man-made" eye and mind intrigued me to take more. I was in complete control and I loved it. I loved me. I saw that this was all mine. NO man could touch me unless I invited them in. I felt happy. I felt inspired. I felt I could and can inspire. I felt ALIVE. By the end of the shoot the men drove off and it was just me. I was safe. I was alone. I was mine. I was me. I was FREE."

"I bought myself some cute lacy PJ's for my birthday and they made me feel so sexy and good about myself that I had to use them to start with! It also turns out I'm really bad at balancing a mirror so it fell on me a few times but it made for some really interesting close up angles!"

"This time doing I Shot Myself, I was looking at my body in a different way. I was trying to see my body in the most natural way possible, including when I have my period! I have never thought my period body was not also a sexual body so I wanted to show how much I still connect to my body when I'm menstruating. I was so calm and happy, I'd just gone for a run and showered and was quietly reading when I was inspired. I felt so lovely in my natural form, the beautiful Autumn sun was shining through my balcony and I just felt so connected to my body, as I always do. It's just so important to connect with every day of my cycle and this shoot exemplifies the love I have for my body. I had so much fun, as always!"

"For this shoot I spent the day getting nearly nude all around town. I had a lovely time feeling myself in the chilly air and flashing the camera when no one was around. It was liberating to be able to find my sexiness while clothed. I've got a bit of a thing for public nudity so I flashed a few passing trains, figured the train conductors might enjoy the show. I appreciate how this project takes back the act of undressing for a camera, something that we've somehow managed to make embarassing and awkward back to emabling women to get in touch with their infinite amounts of power!"

"Life is a movie and I am the protagonist. When I got the camera in my hands, despite my creativity, I couldn't find any inspiration inside me...so I started wandering around the apartment and so many funny and interesting objects got my attention. I had so much fun playing with my nudity and those objects that are around me every day. The objects, with a bit of magic, got a new meaning. As the house itself became a set of movie where I was the only character, with the special power of being any person I wanted to be."
