"My first shoot was a mix between being comfortable outside naked where all my neighbors could possibly see me and trying to make art with my body and photography. I was so inspired by the candles and had so much fun making patterns on my body and working with them, although I got a bit burned and singed in places. Overall this shoot made me feel like a true artist."

I've been thwarted by leeches, myriad beasties and a selection of homeowners who have been springing up out of nowhere like creatures in a pop-up book. Anything, however, that makes my life that bit more surreal makes me very happy and this certainly did that!"

"I just wanted this shoot to be really casual. I didn't want it to be too poser-ish… just spontaneous and fun. The confidence I got out of it was the best part of the project. I'd never done anything like this before and I feel better about my body through accentuating aspects of it and having fun in this way. A couple of times I had to ask my housemate just to 'pop out' for a few hours so that I could have the space to myself. He knew what I was doing, so that made it a little bit strange."
