"I went into this shoot super confident that I'd rock it. While I did indeed rock it, I found it so much harder to take so many unique photos! Between pets, insects - If you've ever seen a panicked, naked person leaping off a trampoline because a bug crawled on them, that was me - and my housemates having no concept of knocking (never in one day have I had so many people see me in a compromising position) I really struggled. In the end, I just stopped thinking so much, and just rolled with any and every idea I had, regardless of whether a housemate might walk in."

"It was the middle of the afternoon, I was feeling a little dreamy and romantic, so I thought a folio based around music could fit my mood. I wandered in my house, taking some pictures near the piano, with my violin and some guitars, trying to let each instrument inspire me..."

"My favorite days are couch days. When it's raining I daydream on the couch, and/or stuff my face with popcorn and dates and watch porn. I've created friendships, made love, broken hearts, spilled wine, and talked over too many conspiracy theories on this couch. The couch is the heart of the crib. It's where things come and go. I chose to do shots of memories and feelings I've had on my couch, to express my sexual experiences, dark emotions, and beautiful feelings from the past and present. Besides the numerous times of dropping the camera from my feet to my face, and having tradies laugh at me as they watch me shoot myself through the window (fuck you men lol) I found this experience liberating, and it encouraged me to love myself just a little bit more."

"This is why they don't show anal prep in porn, because it's not very exciting. I feel like this is also really detrimental because it gives young guys the impression that there is no anal prep and that you can just slap it in somebody's asshole and not do any prep first and that's not the case, that's how you end up with injuries."

"I had been dating this girl recently and asked for her advice on where to go. She suggested taking me to a nice forest area, where surely I would have some privacy... this wasn't the case! After driving for almost 2 hours, we stopped for a break and took a walk around as there was still a lot of people in the car park. I decided to just go behind a bush while she kept an eye out for anyone that might be coming along. I got a good few shots there but was running out of daylight and had to call it a day! Unfortunately the car had other ideas! It broke down and we ended up having to camp there overnight. 2 cars that were still in the car park didn't leave but we didn't care and kind of fooled around in the car for a bit. We caught one of the guys watching, which was awkward but we just laughed it off and continued ha! We eventually got help the next morning and were able to leave. I finished the shoot in a friend's house as she had a really nice piece of open space and I feel like I loosened up a lot more this time around and felt more comfortable. This shoot was an amazing experience for me and one I will never forget!"

"I decided to do my full star chart the morning of my shoot. I lay in my fluffy bed, with a green tea and discovered my rising sign, my moon sign, and all the other beautiful alignments of the planets when I was born. I then ate homemade chocolate chip cookies for breakfast, that my housemates and I made the night before. Feeling good I looked through my wardrobe for fun and bright attire to bring myself into the shoot. It rained three times whilst I was shooting myself, I ran inside and outside numerous times, in many states of dress. Carrying cups of tea, my laptop, underwear, towels and laughing all to myself under the rain. Pretty hilarious. Throughout the shoot I was listening to Andy Stott's most recent album and it put me in a pretty great place. I hope you enjoy the folio ;)"

"For the last year I have been on a bit of a self love journey, and have recently been able to see my own natural beauty, without needing makeup to feel confident within myself. It is shoved down our throats from a young age, that a woman needs to be made up to be "put together", or be "socially acceptable", and I wanted to contradict that idea with this shoot, portraying that it is okay to be messy. Although I still have a way to go in terms of self love, the ISM shoots have been an amazing contibution to my development."

"I found my tiara and decided I had to shoot in it! I love how it reflects the lights in my room. Playing with the mirror and the sun through the blinds was really fun and gave me some really artistic shots! I had a lot of fun shooting this set, and I love the images that came out! I hope you enjoy them as well! They say time flies when you're having fun, and it really did with this set, three hours! I couldn't believe it, but it was time well spent :)"

"This portfolio was done entirely at the home of my partner's parents while they were away on a short holiday. On one level it was unnerving thinking that at any moment they could unexpectedly come home to their son's girlfriend sprawled out naked in the backyard, but thankfully the entire shoot went without problems. I had quite a lot of freedom because I had an entire house full of big sunny windows to myself for a whole afternoon, and a bright and grassy backyard to explore without constraint. With this shoot my mood was extremely comfortable with nudity, and I believe that reflected in some of my photos which were just silly shots of me doing everyday things around the house naked. I really enjoyed that aspect of the shoot because part of my love for this project is the normalization of nudity and I'm very pleased that I was able to incorporate my own attitudes towards nudity into my shoot."

"I loved doing this shoot because I love taking photos and I am the most available model who also happens to be a fairly hot bitch. I also love being nude and wearing funky lingerie. I'd love to do more work like this and I'd love to encourage more lovely ladies to do the same and realise that they are hot models. It would be fab to see the range of people embracing this project become more and more diverse as more people become comfortable showin' off their nature given, blessed bod. It's also really positive to provide erotica that doesn't harm the spunky chicks behind the camera or in front of it and doesn't progress the harmful beauty standards that people are told are the only way to be sexy."

"In the very heart of the forest you'll find me, surrounded by the stillness and grace of ancient Gondwanan gumtrees. I am naked and unbound, raw and feeling, escaping myself and letting go. Breaking and burning branches in the fire, the smoke mingling with the incense burning in my lap I fully connect with myself and with the earth."

"I took these pictures during a whole year. I loved the way my body, and the places I lived in changed. I got tattoos, and I gained self confidence. I have always dreamt about others watching my real, sexual, changing body. Releasing the ISM pics has been an incredibly challenging and serious experience. / Hice estas fotos a lo largo de todo un ano. Me encanto la forma en que mi cuerpo y los lugares en los que vivía cambiaron. Me hice nuevos tatuajes y gane confianza en mí misma. Siempre me ha atraído la idea de que otros observen mi cuerpo real, sexual y cambiante. Hacer las fotos de ISM ha sido una experiencia increíblemente desafiante y seria al mismo tiempo."

"Doing this shoot was an amazing experience. I wanted to explore what it felt like being in clothes that made me feel amazing and sexy and carry that through in the shoot to being naked. I wore one of my favorite necklaces which makes me feel super sassy and highlights an area of my body which I love. As I went on in the shoot I became more comfortable with the camera and my body and was trying lots of different poses. Half way through the shoot I sent a picture of myself to my boyfriend who was on his way home, just to see how he would react. He rushed back, flew through the door, whipped his clothes off and nose dived onto the bed. Getting to use his hands in the shoot was amazing and it was exciting knowing he was there waiting for me to finish the shoot."

"This folio portrays things I love and things I do in everyday life (both mundane and not so mundane) - painting, knitting, practicing yoga, applying psoriasis medication to my genitals (really), even just waking up in the morning and making my breakfast. A consistent thought I had during this shoot is "this is how things should be done - nude - it feels so right".
