"Going into this shoot, I hadn't been feeling great about my body, just disconnected from it. Taking the time to slowly shed clothing and inhibitions is a great way to reconnect. I usually look in the mirror once when brushing my teeth in the morning then I'm off for the day. Using the mirror today, I really looked at myself. I'm about to start a new chapter of my life so this was a nice chance to stop and appreciate myself before that new chapter begins."
