I love this type of 'graffiti' - stencil art (be it political, topical, intellectual, or just pop culture) is overwhelmingly awesome, and is the only type of 'vandalism' that I fully support.  Tagging (or Territorial Pissing, as I like to call it) is just ugly and destructive, whereas stencil art enhances environments like alleyways, or otherwise bland urban settings.  Melbourne has a thriving and internationally recognised network of stencil artists, and I love seeing new works up around the city.
