What's up with the Aussies?

The other day I was chatting with my pals over some beers about this and we sadly didn't solved the mystery...I ran into an Aussie friend and likewise came up with nothing conclusive...here are my questions -

What is it about downunder that seems to produce so many great girls and great websites? To name a few: ISM, IFM, BA, AW... I know that at least some of these sites are from the same folks, but not all to my knowledge.

Is it the incredible coincidence of the double entendre (sp?) of being downunder? Are they all connected by some megaconglomerate? Is there some strange powerspot of the universe that drives this tasteful/artful porn ;-)

And according to my non-scientific data gathering...there are more Aussie babes submitting photos than any other nationality (like 45 pages of folios...I don't believe any other country comes even close)...But don't get me wrong, I'm hardly complaining. I LOVE Australian girls. it's just that I doubt that Oz is blessed with more open minded folk or fewer uptight people than any other country...Aussies are cool and all...but REALLY, I wouldn't consider it the bastion of nudity or open sexuality.... I've been down there a few times and while i can say the women are beautiful and they know how to have fun, it didn't strike me as the swinging capitol of the world or anything. Or was I just not hanging out in the right places ;-)

And finally, what gives with the seeming total lack of Aussie dudes that post. There are lots of Aussie Betty's...I see dudes from the UK, Europe, US, Asia, etc. but can't recall seeing a single one from Oz... Having quite a few Aussie friends I know it's not the lack of desire or appreciation...

So, any insights?

It's almost like the same pervert had something to do with starting all the sites isn't it?

About 4% of our members are australian, which probably answers that.

The reason there are more aussie girls submitting is that we're based here and everyone knows someone who's done ISM or BA.  I think the first was Ruamali way back in about 2002 and she told her friend who told a friend...sometimes this place is like a beehive of girls taking cameras and bringing in folios and tapes.  It's very draining.

I could get quite upset by this. I have a couple of friends in the UK who would like to submit but if the local traffic is that prolific well what chance do the rest of us stand ;-)

i spent 2 years in panama and the absolute coolest most laid back, friendly and physically attractive people i ever met passing through the canal were aussies hands down.

i would tend to believe that there is indeed a higher percentage of open minded folks down under...for sure.

I've already done that! I expect at least one of them may have initiated the process over Easter, to (hopefully) becoming a face on ISM. Well maybe a little more than a face but that's her perogative not mine ;-)

We not only drive on the wrong side of the road (street for the uninitiated), we also ride in lifts rather than putting them in shoes, we walk on pavements, not sidewalks. Elevators are buckets on an endless chain, escalators are moving staircases and we, to our disgrace, had the largest empire the world has ever seen. Is there any wonder that we have a skewed vision of the world?
