Hello! Another Newbie!

Hello all!

Pretty new just been having a look at some of the folios and wow, really creative stuff.

I'm from Melbourne, Australia and studying at University (hopefully this will be my final year).

I don't really know what to say... bit nervous and excited that my first folio will be up soon. And looking forward to doing another, hopefully, in the near furture.

Thanks!!  Making the folio was great fun. Though I had a rash on my bum for about three days after. I must have sat on something really nasty!

i dont know if you can see in my folio - but i was on old train carriage type thingos - i got a rash from the rust, and then i had rust all over me, so i had to explain away all the rust on my white top - silly girl for wearing it - to my boyfriend as a fake tan incident gone wrong.

oh dear!

the price we pay for our art huh?

I loved your folio Alyce, that goes for Precious also. It's nice to see the two of you chatting away merrily in here ;-)

Re: Hello! Another Newbie!

Hi alyce , like your folio. I think every part of you is nice, but these are the shots I like best. That picture of your face is the best I think and what ever you imagine a person to be like. in that picture you look happy and bright with a sort of open nature.  You've got a lovely bum, (046) I like the reflected light too. When you look at that picture theres no way you can think about anything else smile and if you don't mind me saying, I think (061) is very very nice.  I like the landing strip too smile and the picture of you getting on the horse too with the soft skin of your body and your breast is lovely. I've only been on a horse once, and it threw me over it's head when it bent down to eat some grass. But theres loads of fields around me and they come up to you at the field gate and I feed them grass and they try and eat my fingers smile They've all got different personalities, the pony's just look cute but the horses look strong and cute as well, some of them look quite magnificent. Anyway, love to see another folio. I hope you enjoy doing it too, just be careful what you sit on smile

Re: Hello! Another Newbie!

Some days  I just post in the forum but today I'm looking at folios as well and doing a bit of catching up.
Precious, I love this picture of yours (below) I like all those shots set against the sun.
148 is another favourite. I love the expression on your face and the shape of your body and waist is beautiful. But the rust and your hair is a good combination even though being on a big sheet of rusty metal was a bit mucky.

Hi blissed, thanks for the feedback!  I certainly do hope to do another shoot in the future as it was heaps of fun.  Maybe not such a public location next time (that's actually a small property with 4 other properties looking onto it as it's in the middle of the valley) so I can get some better shots.  And not when it 38deg either!

Hey, I got a rash from the shoot I did last week! Maybe we should get together for a new spinoff Website: ishotmyrash.com.

I agree, B.  I liked this shot too,  and also #58.  It makes me think of the cute girl up the street.  You know,  the one you want to ask out but are afraid too 'cause if she says 'No",  you'll be crushed.  She has that warm genuine look,  like someone I'd like to hang out with.  I would expect she has a crowd of guys hanging around her most of the time.

38 degrees!!.......... I'm not surprised your not wearing any clothes smile
It's autumn soon in Oz and I don't know what early autumns like there, but we where discussing in another thread about using the sunny reflections of water on to light skin, so if you wanted a dip in a stream that would be nice.  I think if I lived in Melbourne I'd build a house with an indoor pool lightly heated and cleaned using solar power from the roof, which there must be tons of there.

I certainly do care and I will do as you ask and check it out. Watch this space (or one very close to it) for my comments.

Sorry if I'm wrong Penni but reading the last line of your post, are you under the impression I'm a girl smile Given the sometimes bad reputation of men in general, if you have made that mistake, I'd take it as a real compliment.
Anyway I missed a few folios from early March so I've just seen yours and it's really nice. I'm using Dreamweaver at the moment, so I thought I'd just stick the photos I like best (I cropped one of the them the way I like it, hope you don't mind) and what I think on their own page  below,

Re: Hello! Another Newbie!

Ha ha don't be sorry smile I cropped 108 and turned it upside down. I don't know if you've clicked on the link I left on my last post, but I put what I think there on that page below the pictures. I couldn't really fit all that into the comments box on the folio but I might put something there. Don't worry about making mistakes when you can't see a person and just the text they've written. I've seen your face and you seem like as really nice person so don't worry about it. I think you've done a really nice folio though I really like it.
