also... how do u stop a rabbit from destroying all your paper and ur wires in the room? it is too feisty!

my favoured method is to flambé the meat with Calvados then slow cook it in the oven with cider, caramelised onions and carrots. Served on a mash of celeriac and potatos....yum

personally, for desert afterwards, i enjoy Remy Martin vsop.  firey, but smoothe.

scott, I agree totally. when mrs danger and I go out for dinner I nearly always miss desert and just go for an espresso and aperitif...usually Armagnac or Cognac but sometimes a single malt

also...in N France there is a thing called the 'trou Normande' where you drink the Calvados shot during the meal to create 'a hole'
