how do you choose who gets to do a video?

OK we'll keep those requests in mind.  Who does a video depends on who we think will do a good job, who wants to do it, and who has access to a suitable camera.  We only started the video side of the project this year so e're more likely to be able to contact recent artists.  Any requests?
