I wanted to thank Pixen for sharing her beauty with us.  I also have one question for Head -- How in the world do you get anything done?  With all these lovely ladies as 'employees', it would take me 12 hours to get 4 hours worth of work done!
Do you need any *males* to come work for you?!  I may consider moving!
