Today (Friday 10th October) is World Mental Health Day.
As someone who struggles with anxiety & who has had very close experiences with depression, self harm & eating disorders through people who are really close to me, i just wanted to say that i'm thinking of everyone who has, or has had, experiences with any mental health condition, either themselves or through friends, family or loved ones, & to ask anyone reading this to take a moment today to think of everyone too, & to keep helping in any way we can to break down the stigmas still surrounding mental health which continue to leave people suffering alone & in silence.
Thanks for reading & i'd like to thank everyone at Feck for creating a safe & encouraging environment which allows people to feel the life-changing effects of positive self-expression.
