So Jamie have you actually used your bike?? Or is it still squeaky clean?

i finally got a 20 mile (that's 32.186 88 kilometers to all of my dear fellow humans outside of non-metric america) ride in today.
you can go here to see the evidence.
when i was taking this shot, a couple walking by asked if i wanted them to take the shot.
i answered, 'that's ok, i am used to it, i'm on ishotmyself.'  the guy looked at me and smiled (i believe he knew the site), but his partner simply smiled and walked on by.
still have clothes on in this one, but it is after all an early Sunday morning shot teehee

I tried out jogging the other day, oh my gawd. Once was enough I think I will stick with more fun forms of exercise. Is so not for me. haha

that other creature is part of a huge artist project to bring awareness to climate change.

it is the cool globes project, and there are so many of them, one needs a bike to view them all on display at our lakefront.

you know, jogging never did it for me either.
i know some people who just love it.

now if i had access to a swimming pool i would swim daily.

Yayy!! bikes are great!! I go everywhere I can on mine, riding my bike around town passed all the cars stuck in a traffic jam is brilliant! :)
