Big lips or wee little ones,
What looks the more alluring?

Is it the big protruding ones

Thanks for sharing Miss, I don't think this topic has ever been presented on the forum before.

Personally, I enjoy larger lips.  I think they have more character and are visually more pleasing.  I didn't realise that large lips could reduce enjoyment.  I guess you can get too much of a good thing.  I am curious, are large lips more sensitive than smaller, does having them reduced painful surgery or does it reduce sensitivity?

I would also love to hear what other ladies feel about their lips, does it become a locker room conversation?

One of the great things about ISM, apart from the beautiful variety of ladies, is that it is educational too.

I personally love them all. Like jamie said.....they all get me wet, LOL!

It would be like saying red hair is better than black, blond or brown....
They all have their rightful place and each (butts, nipples, breasts and whatever...) have their own wondrous wonderful beauty.

The sensitivity of the lips and area in general doesn't change - that I have noticed. 

The surgeon (female - god bless her) made sure she did not snip and tuck too close to the clit - making sure that sensitivity in that very important area remained unchanged.

I was actually amazed at how she did the job.  I thought she would just get the lips and go chop chop chop and then sew up the edges or something.  :-|

What she actually did was go chop chop chop but then sewed the lips back down on the inside of the labia majora.  What you can see of my inner lips - is the bits she left alone near my clit!

Very fascinating :-)

It's my mother's 75th birthday. I'm hoping to meet family I didn't know I had until recently.

Actually, my sister (adopted sister) lives in Down Under. I'm hoping to some day be able to fly to this great place and visit. So many things I's like to see: The Great Barrier Reef, Ayers Rock (that was the name, isn't it?), the outback and so much more.....

On the contrary, I find the large protruding lips to be more playful.  I gives me something extra to play with down there.  They are ultra soft and Im suprised that they cause problems during play.  Maybe it's my fault but I like to really bury myself while down there,  it's like a total experience.

Well I thought they were huge - I hated walking around in no underwear because they'd kinda get stuck to my inner thighs :-O

I was actually very concerned at how massive they were - I wouldn't let my husband at the time down there to play or even look (poor fella). 

Anyway, I ended up getting a book called Femalia by Joani Blank - which I found after searching the web for info on what might be the norm.

The book is just photos of women's genitalia - big lips, little lips, weird lips, pierced lips, hairy, shaved, black and white.  Fantastic book!  I started to get perspective about how big I was in comparision and yes I was a bit on the larger lipped side.

I decided to chat to my GP and she said - yeh - they are a bit on the bigger side and was happy to refer me to get them adjusted.

Perl - I think you look great down there ;-)  I was thinking about getting a clit piercing - does it add much sensation or fun to sex to make it worth getting?

Yeahh...that's something I wondered too - what the piercing does do to ones sensations.

Is piercing of nipples different than the clit? I mean the way it feels later?
I never had anybody with piercings yet, so I wasn't even able to ask. Asking strangers is kinda hard to do.

What I've got there isn't actually a clit piercing, but a vertical clitoral hood piercing (the most common of female genital piercings).
I wouldn't say it's pleasurable in and of itself but if it is inadvertantly knocked, rubbed or deliberately manipulated it does add something in the way of sensation - more a difference than an increase in sensation, at least for me. I'd say the biggest effect it had was my being just generally more aware of that area for some time after getting it. After a while, however, that feeling wore off and now it's just normal.

I was looking to get my belly and 'female' piercing done at the same time.  When I enquired about the 'female' piercing I was so surprised by how many different ways you can get that area pierced :-O

I chickened out and just got the belly done.

I found this very interesting site - that showed many types of piercings :-)  ahhhh ....
and male ones too - which absolutely terrified me :-O

One guy on my crew who is into body mods, got a Prince Albert several years ago.  He used to charge $1 per view.  No guys took him up on it,  but the women paid enough to cover about ½ the cost.

His girlfriend  (who was my Scuzzygirl  :-p)  said she could feel no difference if the ring was in or not.  She did tell me though that on one occaision,  it came off "up there" and they couldn't get it back out.  It eventually flowed out a couple of days later.

First, Miss, you look great and I'm glad your happy with your surgery. My opinion on labia size would have to be summed up with: proportion. If the lady in question has full round thighs and a full butt than I would expect her lips, as you say, to be proportionally big, as well. The converse would be equally true. I would say, however, that when the inner labia are teased outward, that is a big turn-on.

As for piercings, I can't speak for the penis, I would never do that to myself, before initial pain and lifetime desensitization are factored in there is the practical aspect that it will tear condoms. Speaking of desensitization, I did have both of my nipples pierced, and from the piercing outward they were numb, until a few months after I had them removed.

Perl, I know that you mentioned that it is the hood and not the clitoris that is pierced, but I wonder if you experienced any numbness, nonetheless?
