I have always tried to use carefully chosen words when dealing with my models.  To me, nude means "without clothes"  and naked means "without protection".  I shoot nudes.

Interesting comment about the words. I definitely dig what you are saying, but I think I prefer the "harshness" of the word "naked" over the softer, gentler "nude". I'm not a nude kind of gal, but a naked kind of gal; much for the same reasons that I say "underwear" and never EVER "panties".

i am going to go with naked here too delia.

i guess there are times when i would opt for nude as opposed to naked.
perhaps it is this harsh chicago winter weather that makes one feel NAKED when unclothed teehee

i think the reality of having ones unclothed self on view to millions is indeed a NAKED REALITY.
