Frequent 403 Forbidden errors

Happens occasionally that I get 403 screen when trying to load any page, including the forum. After few minutes it works again. Searching the forum found few others have had similar errors in the past, but I didn't find out what might cause it. I think I've maybe only had it happen during this time of day - maybe these are busy hours?
