"They say if something scares you, that means you should do it. This project scared the shit out of me. While I consider myself an artist, making art is very difficult for me. I find the pressure to be brilliant paralysing. I was delighted when I discovered ISM because I've been so uninspired lately and needed a creative outlet. When I took on the project, I noticed myself falling into old habits and overthinking it. As soon as I took the plunge and started shooting, the creative juices flowed again and I had a lot of fun with it. I really enjoyed playing with my reflection in the mirrors and my window. I think the neighbors across the courtyard of my building did too!"
