ARTISTS STATEMENT
Only in these past couple of years have I begun to accept and love my body. Learning to love myself has been one of the hardest processes and it's very up and down. It's funny as you might as well love your body as it's all you've got! A lifetime of fighting the inevitable seems like a waste of time. This project made me feel very liberated. I loved being naked as it felt very natural and I had a wonderful connection with the world around me. It feels fantastic being naked, I love the human form and all its variants. I think I Shot Myself is an amazing project as it celebrates the uniqueness of every body and allows so much room for personalities to shine through. I'm feeling very sexy, soft and feminine right now. I'm so happy I took part in this project :)
