ARTISTS STATEMENT

I did ISM for myself, but I also think that my body confidence can help others. When you see someone who is so proud of their body despite the fact they don't fit in with the 'norm' or the 'ideal', it's inspiring. You think "Fuck it, if they're proud then why the hell aren't I?" If people think my pictures are hot then that's great. If my friends or old lovers have a peek then that's great too. People say "Aren't you worried what your parents would think?" And I'm really not. If anyone thinks they have the right to try and make me feel ashamed or to hide my body, then I have the right to tell them to fuck off. Be proud of the body you're given. Stop worrying about what other people would think and embrace your uniqueness. It's your body! It's your life!
