I believe we shouldn't be ashamed of our bodies. Too often the images we are exposed to are of the 'perfect' looking people; They only make up a few percent of our population but their images are used in the vast majority of advertising. Being aware of the spectrum of female forms is important, to give both males and females and idea of what 'normal' looks like, and to improve confidence and self-esteem.
