ARTISTS STATEMENT

Doing this shoot was a truly amazing experience that allowed me to step outside my comfort zone and I was amazed at how much I enjoyed it. The artisitic/creative element was fabulous. This is so much a part of who I am, yet it is the part that has slowly disappeared in the grind of day to day living, I definitely feel inspired to bring this back into my life. For years I have had body issues and this was part of confronting them. It was liberating (yet terrifying) to step out there and say 'You know what, this is my body and I accept it as it is', but this is what I have been able to achieve through this experience. I also respect and appreciate what ISM is aiming to do. We need to celebrate our uniqueness and our natural form. Ethical erotica is a fabulous statement and I'm so excited to be part of that. I chose to go with an Aussie theme because I think we should celebrate that we live in a country and society in which we are as free as we are. We are free to take naked pics, to be creative and outrageous and to celebrate who we are. :)
