ARTISTS STATEMENT

ISM for me was a very subtle yet powerful experience. Society conditions us into a stereotype of beauty, an essentially skewed perspective accepted as norm. I was able to capture some of my beauty today, and this makes me feel liberated. Not only the inner beauty, but the inherent artistic nature of the human form - naked. I am proud that as I expose flesh, I also expose my inner self in the hope that others may do the same, and come to a realisation that we are all in truth the same flesh, and we are all humanly vulnerable in body, but equally strong in spirit.
