ARTISTS STATEMENT

When I heard about the project, my first thought was "this is what I need!". I have always believed that any female body is beautiful and there are no ugly women. But I didn't think of myself that way. It always seemed to me that I was not slim enough, my skin was not smooth enough, my face was not clean enough. But I decided to overcome my thoughts about my body, and take cool photos. And yesterday a miracle happened. In my city, the sun is a rarity. But then a sunny day came, I opened the curtains in my apartment and started a photo shoot. I was happy when I took pictures of myself. I liked every photo, I loved myself and admired myself. I liked even those parts of the body that I used to hate. My lips, my stomach, my fingers... I always thought that the best part of me is my butt. But during the project, I realized that everything is fine in me. And I hope that every woman will come to this realization sooner or later.

Why i shot myself: No matter how trite it may sound, I did this project to love myself for who I am.
who I'd least like to see shoot themselves: I don't mind! Every person who has accepted themself. Who did surgery to love themself. Absolutely anyone can take pictures, even my Mom, haha I'd love to see everyone!

Most outrageous thing I have done: I was streaming in a city park, and when I needed to show something, I had to hide in the bushes so that others wouldn't see...
