ARTISTS STATEMENT

This project has made me really push myself to be creative and to appreciate my body for what it is and what it can do. I personally have a poor body image and I struggle with self love. I decided to contribute to Ishotmyself to start my journey to fall in love with myself, my mind and body. Even though I am an ex sex worker, I still really struggle with being nude and the vulnerability that comes with it. I hope to start listening to what positive things people say about my body and to actually believe it.
