In the last few years, particularly the last few months (after a breakup), I have become a lot more confident in myself in every way. I love being able to look back on myself and how I felt and truly see development in self love and taking the time to make sure I am treating myself and my body properly. I'm so excited to explore what I haven't before within myself and with other people. My body is READY!
