In den letzten Monaten war ich selbstbewusster als nackt. Ich konnte vor meinen Freunden topless sein, am Strand spazieren gehen, mit ein paar Leuten abtauchen, aber es fiel mir immer schwer, mich hübsch zu fühlen und zuversichtlich in Bezug auf meine Vulva zu sein . Ich habe alles versucht, um die Infektion loszuwerden, aber nichts hat geholfen. Nun ist es mein Ziel, meine Vulva so zu lieben, wie sie ist, mit eingewachsenen Haaren und der Rötung wird verschwinden. Anstatt es zu verbergen, muss ich es lieben. ISM hat wirklich dazu beigetragen, meine Reise der Selbstliebe und Fürsorge zu beginnen. / In the last couple of months I found myself being more confident being naked. I was able to be topless in front of my friends, on the beach, go skinny dipping with a bunch of people, however, I have always found it difficult feeling pretty and being confident about my vulva, because I struggle with really bad ingrown hairs. I have tried everything to get rid of the infection but nothing has helped. Now my goal is to learn to love my vulva the way it is, with the ingrown hair and the redness will disappear. Instead of concealing it, I need to love it. ISM has really helped begin my journey of self love and care.
