ARTISTS STATEMENT

I decided to do this project because there will be a time in my life when I want to remember my young body! It's empowering for me to take nude pictures of myself because I can have complete control of the photo; I look exactly how I want and I can enjoy the results of my work and my body. Being able to look back and know exactly where I was and what I was doing with my life at the time of the shoot will be a great memory of my youth.

Why i shot myself: Because it's such a fun art project.
