ARTISTS STATEMENT

Modern society will either criminalize or compliment the objectification of women. I've found that by doing the objectifying myself, I can at least find some benefit out of it. Perhaps if every woman 'shot herself,' men/media/culture/other women etc. would stop doing the objectifying for us, as there would no longer be any need. In any case, doing this helps me remember that there is a fine line between erotica and porn, and that art is what makes the difference!
