This is definitely an experience that I'm glad I tried. It's important to feel comfortable in your own body and this definitely helped me in that regard. I have worked as a topless waitress before and never had any problems being naked in front of people I've never met before, but when it comes to friends or acquaintances I become quite shy and self conscious. After my ISM experience, I definitely don't think I'll be shy anymore and have much more confidence in myself and my body. xox
