Getting naked is a liberating thing. The act of stripping off layers of clothing is comparable to that of stripping away our armor. Our clothes have become shields to the critical body conscious world and taking off your armor leaves you vulnerable. Embracing this vulnerability and making it into a fun experiance boosts any ego and reminds oneself that beauty does not lie in the size zero catwalk model. Beauty belongs to the person who can stick two fingers up at the "ideal" woman and love the skin they are in.
