As a woman you go through all the ridiculous and unnecessary stress related to achieving the 'Perfect Body' as dictated by all the media and publicity around us growing up. I am now at an age where I have discovered that you can experience an amazing level of satisifaction, and with that, a huge increase in sex appeal, just with who you are and the body you own. This for me deserves some serious celebration! Life is SO much richer for me now and it's all due to acceptance. Our bodies...all of them...are so damn beautiful...in all their different and varying shapes, sizes, colours and textures... Accept and CELEBRATE!! xx
