ARTISTS STATEMENT

I have always found the human form to be a very beautiful and intriguing subject and have never had much of a problem with public nudity, whether it be getting changed on a public beach or showing it off behind closed doors. But to have used myself as the main subject, I found it rather hard to take my own self portraits. I was very impressed with the results though. This experience has been challenging but also very liberating and has boosted my confidence just that little bit more.
