ARTISTS STATEMENT

The inspiration for this folio came from everyday beauty and creativity, such as cooking, cleaning, hanging out etc. Every time we do something, I believe it's creative - and I think that everyone looks their most beautiful at unexpected moments. I wanted to therefore capture unexpected creativity that is beautiful by default. Painting, cooking, gardening, photography and reading are creative passions of mine, and they are things that should be done beautifully. By capturing the moments in which we are creative, you can then appreciate the most glorious thing in the world - passion.
