ARTISTS STATEMENT

This last year I've undergone a transformation of sorts. It has probably been brewing just under the surface for longer, but I was oblivious to it. I saw myself as a rather open-minded, satisfied person - both sexually and otherwise. Then a person came along at just the right moment for me, and opened my eyes and senses to a completely new world of sex, sexuality, art, aesthetics and a more joyous way of life. The transition was not easy, but I am now a more confident, happy gal than I used to be. It has inspired my art as a subject and recently got me interested in photography, of which I know nothing. The incredible 'new world' I am talking about is the world of BDSM. :)
