We are blessed with the miracle of life and our bodies, and to hide ourselves for the sake of arbitrary social norms and abstract notions of 'decency' and 'decorum' is to deny the basic joy and beauty of nature. Self acceptance, self love and self respect are so often repressed. Only when we recognise our own beauty and humanity can we truly bring our light to the world. The sharing of our unique selves and spirits brings peace and compassion to the world. Be yourself!
