ARTISTS STATEMENT

Over the last few years, I have been venturing into the sexual taboos that were on my list of 'taboos to tackle'. I compiled nude photographs and videos for the private domain but when I found out about ISM I wanted to express myself further. ISM made me feel that I was creating art with my body, my surroundings and light instead of just plain old nude photos. I felt comfortable and at peace with my body, and that I was expressing myself the way I wanted to. I am an unusual looking person but ISM made me feel more in tune and in love with my body than ever.
