Nudity is the most natural state of being. There is such a freedom and a thrill from being completely starkers outside! There is no better feeling than plunging your naked body into the cool sea on a hot day. The feeling of the water against your bare skin is so sensual, it makes me feel alive and connected to the world. This is my ritual.
