ARTISTS STATEMENT

First thing to note I would have to say would be that it's most definitely fun and exciting to get the chance to to take photographs of myself for once as I'm very used to having them taken of me. Secondly I hope the guy doing construction next door to where I live enjoyed seeing me pull my top down for some pics as I didn't realise he was there until I'd finished - I think next door's roof will have some gaps from him getting distracted! The fact that I got to incorporate my glass paintings into my photos means a lot to me, you got to see a creative side to my personality and not just me being naked - so thanks for letting me bring a little slice of who I really am into this. It's very hard to take pictures of your own ass but I certainly tried as it's one of my favourite parts of my body. A favourite quote of mine just to be a little random is ''God is a cockroach'' I breed them for food for my pets and I truly understand that quote after having bred them; I know they will outlive us all as they are the only creature I know of that can thrive on neglect. I read this somewhere and tried it just to see - and it's bloody well true.

who I'd most like to see shoot themselves: David Attenborough; not really for his body just because I know there'd be many weird animals in it.

Most outrageous thing I have done: Own tarantulas; they scare and fascinate me at the same time. Lol.
Bands I like: Tool, Massive Attack, Led Zeppelin, Vast.
Books I like: The Beach - so much better than the movie! I couldn't put it down and that's rare for me.
Films I like: The Cure, Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland.
other random stuff: Pets I own at the moment: 5 tarantulas, 2 green tree frogs and 2 scorpions, however, my favourite pets are lizards. I just don't have one at the moment.
