ARTISTS STATEMENT

I used to compare myself to other women and wonder why my lips, eyes or smile did not look as good as theirs, or wonder why I didn’t look as good as they do in that certain pose. My self confidence was depleted and I never felt comfortable in my own skin. Well, over the past 3 years I have come to love my body and I realized that we are all different and none of us look the same. This is what makes us all beautiful in our own way, and very unique. Being a part of project ISM has allowed me to celebrate my body, my quirks and one-of-a-kind-ness. I have always loved the female body, especially the curves and the softness and it has been a passion of mine to be a part of nude photography. Since I live in such a remote area, it is nice to be my own photographer and capture the art of the female body.

favourite part of someone else's body: The lines of a woman's back and the curvature of her hips.
Why i shot myself: To become less inhibited, show off my body and have fun.
who I'd least like to see shoot themselves: My parents or family members.
who I'd most like to see shoot themselves: Those who have a strong back and ripped abs.

Films I like: I like films that make you feel good, and leave you with a happy feeling.
