ARTISTS STATEMENT

Shooting myself was great. I didn't have anyone telling me which way to look or how to pose. I was free to do what I wanted. There was this rush I felt in doing it myself, too. It was liberating. The best thing about it is that I can shoot myself in a way I like, which makes me feel better about my body. When you see pictures that look good, you feel good. I feel more confident and comfortable about my body now then I did before. I may even do this again.
