ARTISTS STATEMENT

I really enjoyed the creative aspect of myself drawn out in ISM. I love colour and that is the theme of my experience. Through the chakras, or the rainbow; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. I am very comfortable with my body having been a hippy in my youth and enjoying festivals where nudity was an accepted option. I think public nudity is very healthy and makes it all so 'normal' and not secret, or hidden which leads to the warped situation we have now. Artistically I am inspired by the work of Maxfield Parrish, an artist who puts women in fanciful nature and garden settings.
