To stand naked in front of your own eyes, placing judgement on yourself, somehow frees you. We seem to think as a society that nudity is not ok, but we allow such violent images to be exposed to us through the media. I hope one day being naked and enjoying the bodies we are given can become our truth. May we all be set free, and see ourselves as we truly are.
