ARTISTS STATEMENT

This project started off as a new experience and a way to gain greater nude confidence. The first few shots were hard, until I looked at the photos. It's crazy but I don't think I've ever looked at my body before. After the first seven shots I decided to shoot the faults I saw in my body, this allowed me to produce more lines and curves which matched the backdrop I had chosen. I still do not see my body as anywhere near perfect, but I am loving it, its a beautiful piece of art.
