I used to not appreciate all the curves on my body, not be happy about my weight... after this shoot I can say, it took me time and brutal self-honesty.. but I love my curves!!! I deeply know now, that any negativity we tell ourselves against our own bodies, affects our self worth and is a massive lack of gratitude. I believe we have to get to a point where any thought which isn't supporting us in the way we naturally are and isn't coming from love and appreciation, needs to be noticed and transformed into beauty, on the spot. If we could be happy with the blessings given to us, this world would become an incredible place of beauty and joy! I love you.
