ARTISTS STATEMENT

For me at first it seemed somehow wild to photograph myself without filters, makeup and processing, especially only selfies. But in the process of how I began to study the project and watched videos of other women taking pictures of themselves, I really understood female nature from a different angle. I discovered something really new for myself. Due to the fact that everyone always uses filters and makeup on Instagram, everyone becomes the same, and only then I realized how to emphasize my individuality even more. I will not say that it was easy for me since this is my first such experience. But seeing other shoots on the website where it was shown how to take these photos that I saw a confident woman who made sexual content even with hairy armpits. It's still wild for me, but I still saw sexuality in her, but a little while ago I would have seen flaws. Excuse me for my possibly not the most ethical statements, but I had such an upbringing and in general the world broadcasts makeup trends and filters. But after this experience, I will definitely reconsider my attitude to natural sexuality once again. Thank you so much for this experience!
