I am a very comfortable person within my body. I went through a big self love journey a few years ago and now confidently love to express my nudity around others; whether they are lovers, friends or just people I feel safe around. I think the turning point in my self love journey was going to a clothing optional festival a few years back. That was probably one of the most liberating experiences I've ever had. Getting naked in front of hundreds of other naked people. In that exact moment, all of your insecurities disappear and you realise no one is there to stare or gawk at you, but are there to share mutual space and acceptance for who we really are. We come from a world where media and society portray an image of the ideal human figure, that creates so many insecurities on an individual's ability to love their true raw natural self. We are taught that nudity ought to be secret or seductive, frowned upon and censored. We are told that this should be hairless, that should be perkier, this doesn't belong there, we must be smaller, taller, thinner, thicker...When in reality, and I can't emphasise this enough - EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US IS BEAUTIFUL IN OUR OWN UNIQUE WAY. To just be your authentic genuine self in your own body is the sexiest trait you could have. Be comfortable. Be you. We come out of a naked body, we are naked on arrival to this world, may as well strut that boday like it's the only one you've got!
