ARTISTS STATEMENT

Hey my name is Bailey. My desire to contribute to ISM was a desire for getting further in touch with my feminine, my growling woman within, my sensual goddess energy. I haven't taken many nudes in my time, never being one to send to partners, rather enjoying the intimacy of physical expression. However this project changed my mind on the objective of taking nudes. This self love project, enabled me to see myself in so many different shapes, styles, angles, personas. Stripping back any clothing from a shoot, and allowing the body, facial expression and stance to tell the story was extremely fun. I really hope aspects of my personality came through in this shoot. Nudity has always been very present in my life. From growing up around family that was cool flaunting their goods and housemates that loved strolling around the house, pussy and titties out. For me nudity, perhaps apart from the initial thought, brings further comfort and vulnerability, which I adore. I see ISM as a catalogue of my body at a point in time, a self expression of my individualism and an ode to sexy snaps.
