Creo que la desnudez es importante, creo que recordarle a la gente que todos nos vemos iguales sin nuestra ropa es importante. Todos los cuerpos son diferentes por supuesto, pero todos compartimos las mismas caracteristicas generales. En mi experiencia personal, ver a otros mostrandose sin edición o sintiendose orgullosos de sus cicatrices, estrias, panzas, etc. me hace sentir poderosa y apropiada. He sufrido mucho a lo largo de mi vida a causa de mi cuerpo, nunca sentirme adecuada, siempre tratando de esconderme, y ese tiempo terminó. Ahora estoy orgullosa de quien soy. Es importante tratar de nunca olvidar esto porque puede haber algunos dias que capaz lo hagas. / I think nudity is important, I think reminding people that we all look the same without our clothes is important. All bodies are different of course, but we all share the same general characteristics underneath. In my personal experience, seeing others showing themselves without editing or feeling proud of their scars, stretchmarks, tummies, etc makes me feel powerful, and appropriate. I struggled a lot in my life with my body, never feeling adequate, always trying to hide, and that time is finished. Now, I'm proud of who I am. It's important to try to never forget this because some days, you might.
