I like to watch: My garden growing, time-lapse videos of nature being magnificent, and light dancing on water I like to smell: Honeysuckles after the rain, beeswax, my son's hair, my own body odors :P I like to taste: My lover's lips, spicy chai with milk and honey, and my homemade sourdough bread fresh from the oven and smothered with butter! I like to feel: ALL of my feelings. There is freedom allowing the full spectrum of life to flow through me. Turns out, forest rangers CAN arrest you, and he tried, but I ran/swam away and through the woods and called my mother to pick me up on the other side. It was exhilarating and also terrifying Bands I like: Radiohead, Rising Appalachia, Punch Brothers, Natural Child, Dr. Dog, and the list goes on and on...music is my happy place! Books I like: Anything by Tom Robbins (he's my literary hero - a true GENIUS!). My favorites from him are Jitterbug Perfume and Another Roadside Attraction. The Red Tent also impacted me deeply Films I like: I love foreign/independent films like Amelie and Chocolat. I'm definitely a Star Wars fan, and the movie I, Origins really blew my mind! |
