ARTISTS STATEMENT
My experience in life is not always one of self-love and content. When I see the world through my bright eyes I am swimming in a world of bliss and bright colours. I love my reality, I love the people I meet, I love the nature embracing me and I genuinely love myself. However, when I see the world through my darkened eyes, I struggle with my appreciation for the good. I struggle with my connection to my identity, and more so with my connection to the world. I have good days, and I have bad days. This is the truth of my brain that I have learnt to love and hate. But it has taught me some very empowering lessons: Life is for living! Expand your boundaries. Reality is not always yours to control. But that makes the sunshine precious. Life is for sharing love, but you must work to fall for yourself, all over again, with each opportunity. Today I am grateful; for my life, for my body, for the beautiful people I meet, and for ISM xxx
