As I Shot Myself, I felt so re-connected. I found I became more comfortable in front of the camera. It was the best sexual experience I've ever had with myself! My mind is more open now, and I haven't been so 'in the mood' for ages. I think everyone should do an ISM shoot, as it's such an eye-opening experience.
